Test Three

This third module contained a variety of subjects. Classroom subjects preparing for the third exam included OPSEC (Operational Security) and Field Hygiene Sanitation. This is another subject Rambo never worried about but both can be deadly if ignored. Battle Fatigue or COSR (Combat and Operational Stress Reaction) casualties, Personnel Recovery and Soldier as a Sensor rounded out the study materials.

Another area in BNCOC is leading a discussion. As opposed to a formal information brief previously discussed, leading a discussion is a more free-form approach and intended to get a group involved in a subject. Like an After Action Review, the NCO facilitates but tries to keep the discussion free-flowing in order to get good feedback.
