Reporting to the board

Day 3 of the Secretary of the Army, Army Reserve Career Counselor of the Year competition consisted mainly of the competitors and their mentors making board appearances. After a briefing was given,  and the board began with Sergeant First Class Timmons.

While competitors and mentors entered the board, others awaited their turn in a holding area. Many focused on preparing for situations they thought they might encounter in the board. Others took the opportunity to relax and wait their turn before reporting.
