Lt. Gen. Jack Stultz, Chief of the Army Reserve, talked about one Soldier he met after the race who had competed in the last four 10-milers in a wheel chair (click here for video). This time he completed the race on foot. His words to Lt. Gen. Stultz… ”I’m Back, Sir!”
