The National Capitol Reenlistment Ceremony is an annual event in Washigton D.C. created to honor representative Army Reserve Soldiers from every state and territory choosing to reenlist. Started in 2004, the NCRC invites USAR reenlistees to our nation’s capitol for site visits and to meet dignitaries. The event culminates in a mass reenlistment ceremony on the steps at Capitol Hill.
Every year, thousands of Soldiers choose to Stay Army Reserve. The NCRC recognizes a representative select few, but honors them all.
