Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Graham is an Active Guard Reserve (AGR), Career Counselor 79V assigned to Area 6, 13th BN, ARCD. He began his career as an Army Reserve Career Counselor (ARCC) in August of 2011. He is currently stationed in Broken Arrow, OK serving as the ARCC responsible for the 223rd CS Detachment, 315 QM Detachment, 316th QM BN, 321St MP Detachment CID, 341st EN Co Detachment 1, 481st TC Detachment, 600th TC Detachment and the 883rd QM Co.

Sgt. 1st Class Graham joined the Army Reserve in August 2000 as an Automated Logistics Specialist with the 308th QM Co in Washington, IA. While with the 308th QM Co, Sgt. 1st Class Graham was cross leveled with the 1012th QM Co who was stationed in Nebraska, to deploy in support of (ISO) Operation Enduring Freedom in 2003. Following his redeployment in August 2003 he was reassigned to the 308th QM Co and subsequently deployed ISO Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005. His primary duties during this tour included performing as a Class 1 Warehouse NCOIC and a Trauma Team Leader for mass casualties. He entered his first AGR tour in 2006 as an Army Reserve Recruiter in Des Moines, IA.

Released from Active Duty in Aug 2009, Sgt. 1st Class Graham was assigned to a Troop Program Unit, the 103D ESC in Des Moines, IA. With the 103D ESC he deployed to Iraq ISO Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn as the Night Shift NCOIC for the Integrations Section of SPO.
While in Iraq, he was selected as the unit’s Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) of the Month for December 2010. In August 2011 he transferred to Area 3, 8tri BN, ARCD as a TPU 79V where he attended ARCC Course in October and made the Commandant’s List.

While assigned as a TPU 79V Sgt. 1st Class Graham worked in full-time status and attained mission box. July 31, 2012, Sgt. 1st Class Graham was selected for an Active Guard/Reserve tour as a 79V assigned to Area 6, 13th BN ARCD in Broken Arrow, OK.

Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Graham’s military education includes Combat Lifesaver, Army Recruiter School, Sexual Assault Victims Advocate Course, Unit Prevention Leader, Warrior Leaders Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course, Army Reserve Career Counselor’s Course, and Structured Self Development 3 and 4.

His awards and decorations includes the Bronze Star with 1 bronze oak leaf device, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal with 2 bronze oak leaf devices, Army Good Conduct medal, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal with 1 bronze campaign star, Global war on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global war on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with bronze hour glass with M device and number 2, Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon with number 3, Army Service Ribbon, Army Superior Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Citation, Gold Army Recruiter Badge with 3 sapphires, Army Recruiter Ring, Glen E. Morrell Award, Combat Action Badge, Drivers Badge.

Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Graham completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Disaster and Emergency Management. He is a Youth Baseball Coach with Tulsa Kids Baseball, and a volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corp of Oklahoma.

Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Graham is married and has two children.
