Staff Sgt. Donald Capio has deployed in support of Operation Nobel Eagle and Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. He is a Human Resources Specialist, both as a Soldier assigned to the 99th Regional Readiness Command, Fort Dix NJ, and as a Department of the Army Civilian.
